David Panscik Electric designs and installs solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters and related equpment for both grid-tie and off-grid systems, either residential or business customers in the State of Hawaii and California. I work as the Hawaii Sales person for Dave. He installed an expansion to my system in 2009. Dave was recommended to me both by some friends and a business acquaintance.
